I don’t necessarily have anxiety. However, I do have a very hard time sleeping (mostly falling a sleep), and this stuff is incredible for that! I have to take so many melat and/or Benadryl, and this anxiety roller is better than all of it! It puts me to sleep so quickly it’s amazing!
